Delivery & Installation Policy
Delivery and Installation Policy
First: Picking Up Products from the Branch
Picking up products from the company branch is the default option, unless a delivery service is agreed upon with the customer beforehand.
The customer may arrange their own transportation and pick up the product from the branch, after coordinating with the company and confirming that the product is ready for pickup.
Second: Delivery Fees
Delivery fees apply to products not picked up from the branch. The fee amount varies depending on:
• The size and weight of the product.
• The type of product and the method of transport.
• The customer's location and distance.
• The appropriate means of transportation.
• The number of workers or vehicles required, if any.
Delivery fees are determined after reviewing the order details and the delivery location, and in coordination with the customer.
Third: Small Products
Small products may be sent via one of the approved or available shipping companies.
Shipping may be to the shipping company's office or branch in the customer's city only, and may not necessarily include home delivery or delivery to the customer's location, depending on the shipping company's system and the service available in the area.
The customer is responsible for picking up the shipment from the shipping company's office if the agreed service does not include delivery to their location. Fourth: Large Products
Large products are transported by a dedicated vehicle or suitable means of transport, depending on the product's size and nature.
Delivery may require the use of more than one vehicle or additional personnel. These costs will be added to the delivery fee after agreement with the customer.
Fifth: Order Delivery to the Shipping Company
Upon delivery of the product to the shipping company and provision of proof of delivery or a tracking number to the customer, the company is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to deliver the order to the carrier.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, the customer's failure to inspect the shipment, or the customer's delay in collecting it from the shipping company's office.
In the event of a delay or problem after delivery of the shipment to the carrier, the customer must follow up directly with the shipping company. The company will assist by providing the customer with any available shipment information as needed.
Sixth: Installation
Product prices do not include installation unless explicitly agreed upon.
The company may provide installation services for some products, including:
• Refrigerators and appliances with external compressors.
• Shelving and shop/warehouse equipment.
• Products requiring on-site assembly or installation.
Installation services are available for an additional fee, determined based on the product type, customer location, installation requirements, and the number of technicians or workers needed.
Seventh: Installation Agreement
It is preferable to agree on the installation service and its fees before finalizing the sale or delivery.
If the customer requests installation after the sale, the service is subject to availability and company approval, and the fees will be calculated separately.
Purchasing the product or paying delivery fees does not automatically constitute agreement to provide installation services.
Eighth: External Connections and Preparations
Delivery and installation services do not include any electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, or civil works unless agreed upon in writing.
The customer is responsible for preparing the site, providing a suitable electricity, water, or gas supply, and ensuring the location is ready before the technicians arrive.
Ninth: Customer Delay in Receipt
The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment and receiving it within the timeframe specified by the shipping company. The company does not bear any additional storage, reshipping, or transportation fees resulting from the customer's delay in receiving the product or their failure to respond to the shipping company.
If the product is returned to the company due to the customer's non-receipt, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and redelivery fees and costs.
Tenth: External Installation Supplies
Some products may require additional supplies or accessories for operation or installation, such as gas regulators, gas meters, connections, or any other accessories not included in the basic product package.
The price of the product or installation service does not include the provision of these supplies, nor does the company undertake the installation or connection of gas lines or any work requiring a qualified and certified technician.
The customer is responsible for procuring these supplies and contracting with a qualified technician to install them in accordance with applicable safety requirements and regulations.
At the customer's request, the company may provide assistance in guiding them to the appropriate specifications or locations where these supplies are available, without the company assuming any responsibility for their supply, installation, or operation.
