# Warranty Policy

## First: Warranty Period

The warranty period varies depending on the product type, as follows:

* **New Refrigerators and Freezers:** 12-month warranty.

* **Ice Cream Machines, Slush Machines, Juice Machines with Compressors, and Appliances with Compressor-Based Cooling Systems:** 3-month warranty on the compressor only.

* Any different warranty period will be specified on the invoice or at the time of purchase and will be considered the applicable period for that product.

The warranty policy applies to products as determined by the company, based on the product type and the warranty period announced at the time of purchase.

However, products that operate solely on gas, such as cookers, grills, ovens, and any appliances that do not contain a compressor or electrical components covered by the warranty, are not covered by the warranty after receipt.

The company guarantees that these products will be delivered in proper working condition, free from any visible defects, gas leaks, or malfunctions upon delivery or receipt, and provides the customer with the opportunity to inspect the product before acceptance.

The company also provides spare parts and maintenance services for these products when needed. Maintenance or replacement of spare parts is outside the warranty and is subject to applicable fees.

## Second: Maintenance Services

The company provides a dedicated maintenance department to serve customers, with the possibility of providing original spare parts subject to availability.

During the warranty period, faults covered by the warranty will be inspected and repaired free of charge when the product is brought to the maintenance center or branch designated by the company.

## Third: On-Site Visit

If the customer requests that a technician be sent to their location, a fee for inspection, transportation, or service may apply, determined according to:

* Customer location.

* Distance.

* Product type.

* Nature of service required.

The company will inform the customer of any applicable fees before the visit.

## Fourth: Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers repairs for faults resulting from manufacturing defects or defective materials, as assessed by the company's maintenance department.

## Fifth: Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

* Breakage, impact, or damage resulting from improper transportation or storage. * Misuse or operation contrary to the company's instructions.

* Incorrect installation or operation of the product.

* Exposure of the product to high temperatures, humidity, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
